Tai Chi is a system of traditional Chinese health training and a martial art. It is inspired by nature, its cyclicality and naturalness. By practising Tai Chi, we relieve stress and removes tension, improve the awareness of the body in movement and help create mental and physical balance. Tai Chi also relates to the philosophy of the Jing and Jang forces; it is practiced in a relatively slow movement in a precisely defined form.
