Core yoga lecture is a combination of classical philosophy of Hatha yoga and therapeutic knowledge of the body. Proper breathing, healthy posture and its correction together with mind and spirit strengthening. The aim of core yoga is to teach our “physical body” how to communicate with its “spiritual core“, the role of which is to achieve inner peace. This inner power then creates bases for the utilization of mental power, concentration and body power in terms of traditional Hatha yoga practice.
Ashtanga yoga is a traditional yoga school, which dynamically interconnects precisely defined positions. It comes from the southern Indian city Mysore. Ásany continuously follow each other. This yoga style is often designated as Ashtanga vinyasa yoga. When practising Ashtanga yoga, key attention is paid to breathing. The combination of vinyasa with rhythmical deep breathing creates an energy flow and heat which heats the body, oxygenizes and nourishes organs, releases unwanted toxins and cleans the nervous system.
Flow yoga embraces ásanas, pranayama as well as short meditation. Flow does not mean that the ásany sequences are quick, but indicates the state of being in concentration. Flow as a continuous flow of concentration, breath, flexibility and power.
Flow yoga concentrates on breathing, conscious experience of the presence and natural harmony in combination with the elegance of movement. During the training, prepare yourself for demanding ásanas, with an explanation of particular correlations, including new inspirations and challenges.
